I am a computational biologist specializing in microbiome research and machine learning applications in microbiology. My work bridges molecular biology, bioinformatics, and data science to understand complex microbial communities and their interactions.

Currently, I am a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Quince Group at the Earlham Institute, where I develop computational methods for multi-omics analysis of gut microbiomes and microbial community dynamics.
